The Annual General Meeting is held in accordance with the Constitution & Bylaws of the Medicine Hat & District Horticultural Association.  It is held on the second Monday of November.  The executive for the following calendar year are elected at this meeting.  A quorum of seven members is needed for the meeting to take place.
